How many contracts can I hold?

Each plan publishes a micro and a mini cap. Only the micro cap is reachable today, and it is enforced.

The cap is on net contracts held, and it scales with the plan: twenty micros on a 25K, forty on a 50K, sixty on a 100K and a hundred on a 150K.

A ticket that would take you over the cap is refused rather than partly filled.

The mini caps published beside them are not enforced, because the catalog is micros only for now. When minis arrive, so does that check.
